“We stayed with Smallwood Corporate Housing for 90 days while our house was being built. The apartment was exactly what we needed!! It was totally furnished, including dishes, towels, and linens!! We could not have been happier!! Also, it is pet friendly!! Everything I was told was accurate. I had to pay a deposit up front and it was refunded when we moved out very quickly. Of course, we did everything we were suppose to as well, such as, keeping apartment clean and in good condition. I would definitely stay here again should the need arise.
