Easy process

Great stay

I stayed while my home was being remodeled.
The apartment was perfect! I have been here over 5 months and it seemed like home.
It was totally furnished with linens, cooking ware, etc.
It is located in a great walking area. You can easily walk to the downtown area where there are great restaurants, etc.
A walking trail is also nearby.
Caitlyn Sorrells was a joy to work with. Any needs I had, and I had few, were quickly met.
It was very pet friendly and I was able to bring my cat who enjoyed watching the birds from our balcony that overlooked the pool!
I give it five stars!!!

Above and beyond our expectations

From the moment we started the inquiry process on line, we were so impressed with Caitlyn! She called us immediately after we asked for information, and was so quick to get us whatever we needed…pictures, more info, etc. Then she really went the extra mile for us when we asked to see the place before renting it, by graciously agreeing to meet with us at 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday which meant a 45 minute drive! I’m sure it was her day off since she came with her husband and 2 kids who all waited in the car while we met. They were going to make a day at the zoo after we were done. She patiently answered all of our questions as we decided to take the place. She set up our TV for us, and made sure our internet was also working. If we decide to stay at another Smallwood Corporate Housing, we will absolutely use her since she is a National Rep!

Fort Worth Beauty

Just completed two month stay in downtown Fort Worth. So many positive things to say.

First of all, Caitlyn was great to work with as the main contact at Smallwood. She was professional, quick to respond, and very accessible. The check-in process was smooth and uneventful. The actual two-bedroom apartment was very clean, well-appointed, and perfect for a temporary stay. The view was spectacular.

I definitely would recommend using Smallwood Corporate Housing for your short-term rental needs.

A Great 2-month Stay in Ft. Worth

My wife and I are from NY and had a contract to work in Ft. Worth for 2 months. Smallwood was great at helping us find short-term housing that met all of our needs and wishes. This was evident from the initial contact by email, the ease of moving into the apartment, the consistent rapid support and help throughout our stay, and the ease of checking out. Very professional. The apartment location was exactly what we wanted, spacious and clean, very safe with excellent amenities. I can’t recommend Smallwood highly enough if you have rental needs – apparently, their services extend throughout the US.

Excellent Service

We can not thank Caitlyn from Smallwood Corporate Housing enough for helping us arrange an apartment for my husband’s recent one month vacation in San Diego. Trying to organise an extended stay all the way from Australia was daunting however, Caitlyn went above and beyond to understand our needs and put our minds at ease throughout the entire process. The apartment was well equipped, of a high standard and was in a well located area to make use of the local public transport. Great Short Term Solution!

I was relocating over 1,000 miles and needed a place quick! Smallwood had a great apartment at the time I needed for a very reasonable price. And, when I found a longer term rental, they were very accommodating and flexible when delayed. I highly recommend them!

Our experience with Caitlyn and Smallwood far exceeded our expectations. After just one brief phone call, they set us up with the perfect luxuriously-appointed apartment in an ideal location. Above and beyond service

Our entire power went out in our rental on a Saturday evening leaving us completely in the dark and cold because the outside temps were in the 30s. We called Caitlin to see what to do. She immediately called Encore and found out there was an outage in our area until 7:45 p.m. She updated us at 7:45 that the power was now going to be out until around 10:00 p.m. At that time she offered to put us up in a hotel or another Smallwood corporate housing apartment. While all that was happening she kept on the phone to make sure that our power would get turned back on which it did and we ended up not using the hotel. We were amazed that she took 5 hours of her Saturday night to make sure that we were taken care of and had power. The fact is she went way above and beyond the Call of Duty and we were so impressed with her level of service and care.
The power came on at 10:00 p.m. because of all of the actions she took to make sure that happened for us.

Exceptional stay

My purpose in coming to Fort Worth was to look for property. Reaching out to Smallwood Corporate Housing and being connected to Caitlyn was an excellent choice. Caitlyn handled everything from beginning to end expertly. Not only did she keep in touch though email and text, but she took time on a Saturday to explain the washer and dryer to me. All her help was deeply appreciated as I am a senior and deaf. Although I have not yet found my forever home, I will be in touch once I need to return.

Trinity Bluff Apartments

My family and I stayed in the three bedroom apartment for two months and we really enjoyed the space of the three bedroom apartment and convenience of washer and dryer in our unit. The pool and hot tub were also very nice. Our Smallwood Representative, Caitlyn, was very helpful and responded to emails promptly, when I had questions. I would choose Smallwood again.

Quiet and convenient

This is a beautiful apartment in a lovely area, near Sundance Square, in Fort Worth. Spacious with a comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and all the comforts of home. We especially appreciated the little extras provided and the nightly trash pick up, right outside our door. Gated Parking, elevator and nice neighborhood to walk makes this place easy to highly recommended!

Extended Stay

“We stayed with Smallwood Corporate Housing for 90 days while our house was being built. The apartment was exactly what we needed!! It was totally furnished, including dishes, towels, and linens!! We could not have been happier!! Also, it is pet friendly!! Everything I was told was accurate. I had to pay a deposit up front and it was refunded when we moved out very quickly. Of course, we did everything we were suppose to as well, such as, keeping apartment clean and in good condition. I would definitely stay here again should the need arise. Every need met, plus a great location

This is the second time we booked a stay with Smallwood Corporate Housing. Caitlyn understood exactly what we needed since she remembered us from out last stay. This time we stayed for almost 3 months. The apartment location is most convenient. The place was sparkling clean and supplied with everything we would need including trash bags, laundry detergent and dishwashing soap and much more.
